Rules & Regs at Waggy Tails Play Park



We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to users or dogs whilst using Waggy Tails Play Park. Every precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of the facilities for you to enjoy. Use of Waggy Tails Play Park is at the dog owners own risk. We recommend that you have public liability insurance, often included in your pet or home insurance policy.


General

  1. Parts of the field may not be completely level; users should be aware of this to avoid injury to themselves and their dogs.
  2. You must not enter the enclosure before your allocated time slot, especially if someone else is using it before you. And you must exit on time to allow the next person their full-time slot. If there is an issue you should contact us immediately on the number provided on the contact page. If you arrive late for your time slot you cannot recuperate this time back at the end. Please be time conscience as to assure a smooth running of the day.
  3. Dogs are not to be left unattended anywhere on site at any time.
  4. Dogs should not dig holes in the field. If your dog causes significant damage to the field you must contact us immediately so we can fix it.
  5. There is a dog bin provided for dog waste only, any other rubbish must be taken away with you.
  6. Waggy Tails Play Park is a non-smoking area. If someone is caught smoking in the field you will be banned from returning.
  7. All dogs should be immunised and up to date with vaccines. If you have booked and your dog becomes unwell do not bring them to the facilities, please contact us and we will rearrange your booking.
  8. Users must always respect the facilities and its contents. Children should not climb the gate, fences or equipment or be left unattended at any time.
  9. The maximum number of dogs allowed in the enclosure at one time is 6, unless a pre-arrangement for more dogs has been agreed.
  10. We have neighbours down one side of the field who all love to see your dog’s enjoying themselves but please be respectful if booking early or late slots. We understand dogs bark, as do they however we ask to just be mindful of this when in the park.
  11. Users must lock the gate after use with the lock provided even if the next user has arrived for their slot. This prevents anyone entering the enclosure who has not booked properly.
  12. Under no circumstances should a user divulge any combination codes to a third party. The codes are subject to change at any time without any notice and the current code will always be sent by text automatically thirty minutes prior to appointment. Please make sure to use the mobile phone number of the person attending when booking to be able to receive texts.
  13. The user who makes the booking is the person responsible for all persons and dogs in the field during their time slot.
  14. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Waggy Tails Play Park cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damage or loss that may occur to your vehicle.
  15. Waggy Tails Play Park will not offer a refund if you do not turn up for your allocated time slot.

 



Band Breed Rules

  1. The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
  2. A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
  3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler always unless with other dogs from the same household
  4. The dog is neutered – in line with Government Rules
  5. The dog is Micro Chipped
  6. The field is private property with no public access passing through
  7. The field is securely fenced so the dog cannot escape
  8. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field
  9. The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field
  10. You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field
  11. If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together if they have a minimum of 1 handler. All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field including the XL Bully.
  12. If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to always remain muzzled and on a lead with a 1:1 handler.



Waggy Tails Play Park has the right to refuse or cancel bookings who do not comply with our terms and conditions at any time.
