What time is check-in and check-out?
Campers:
Check-in is from 2pm-5pm and check-out is by 12 noon, Early check-in or late check-out is available let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate if available.
Glampers:
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am, early check-in is not available due to cleaning
Where are you located?
We are nestled in the beautiful Kent countryside in a small village called Ash near Canterbury and Sandwich. The site is on a quite country road surrounded by orchards overlooking views of the countryside.
Do you offer parking on site?
Yes! We offer free parking for all guests.
Are your pitches and accommodations suitable for children?
We welcome famillies,
Can I bring my pet?
We love furry friends; friendly well behaved dogs are welcome in all Grass & Campervan pitches. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
No dogs permitted in the Glamping field with Bell Tents & Deluxe Tents. No dogs allowed to stay in Glamping tents.
Are there supermarkets nearby?
Yes there are various supermarkets nearby. There is a small local CO-OP within walking distance in Ash village
A large CO-OP in Sandwich town.
Further afield there are plenty to choose from in Whitfield & Dover.
Is there a camping supplies shop?
Go Outdoors in Canterbury is the nearest one.
Facilities & Amenities
Is there electricity & Wifi?
No, we have no electricity on-site
We encourage guests to switch off and enjoy nature, No Wi-Fi is provided on site.
Do you provide bedding & towels?
Only Bell / Deluxe Bell Tent accommodations comes with fresh bedding, and pillows, towels are not supplied. Grass pitches BYO
Is there a shower & toilet on site?
Yes, we have clean spacious Shower/toilet facilities. 5 unisex toilets, and 5 showers.
Do you have cooking facilities?
Yes. A Glamping accommodation includes a camping gas stove, BBQ & fire pit, all utensils are provided. Grass pitches bring your own BBQ and Fire pit please ensure this is off the ground with a fire mat (bricks can be provided on site)
Can we have a fire?
Yes, we provide fire pits with Glamping accommodation logs available to purchase on site.
Grass pitches BYO Fire pit logs available to purchase on site.
Please follow our safety guidelines and never leave fires unattended.
Activities & Experiences
What is there to do on-site?
Enjoy relaxing, stargazing, toasting marshmallows, and countryside walks.

Can I book Extras like a firewood pack & BBQ charcoal in advance
We have the facilities to provide this when Glamping via you emailing us to make payment, we can provide the same for grass pitches providing you are checking in between 2pm-4.30 pm after this we are unable to accommodate you.
What if the weather is bad?
Glamping is all about embracing nature! Our accommodations are water proof, cosy with hot water bottles and blankets; don’t forget wellies and rain coats.
For those of you that are camping, bring your wellies and enjoy a rain walk to the local pubs.
Can I book the whole site for an event?
No, sorry, we are unable to offer this.
What essentials should I pack?
Make sure to bring your tent, sleeping bags, and camping gear. Don’t forget your cooking equipment and utensils for those delightful outdoor meals!Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely! We welcome one dog per pitch, but please keep them on a lead at all times. Check our Terms and Conditions for more details.What about food and drinks?
Pack your favorite snacks and drinks! While there are great dining options nearby, having your own supplies can enhance your camping experience.Are there any activities nearby?
Yes! Explore Betteshanger Country Park, enjoy the water park, or play a round of golf at one of the nearby courses.
